Just got this back from the engraver

Here is a Whitetail with Ironwood I just got back from my favorite engraver ( Russ Zima )

Oh yea, looking good. How much does engraving cost? I want some on one of my knives.

I like the engraving enough but if for some reason I had to choose between the engraving and the six pins (rather than the expected 2-3) I'd take the extra pins. Very nice touch, that.

I'm not a fan of fancy and more inclined towards simple, robust and functional. However, this is in good taste I think and not over-done. I like it.
