About a month and a half ago I acuired my first ever ROA; a blue, fixed sight, short barreled model. I posted the find on the ROA Thread and joined the club. Now, you can't have just one. Pistols have to be acquired in pairs so you can use them in CAS. As a result, I was on the lookout for another one - at a reasonable price of course. Well, I acomplished that task & the second short barreled, fixed sight ROA arrived in today's mail. Great....... I can take em both out this week - weather is going to be perfect for range work - and then use them in this weekends CAS Match.

So......................... I dug out all my holsters to see which ones the pistols would fit in......................................... and

That's what you get for buying ROA's. Should of stuck with your Colt Navies.
You were my hero but now you've fallen off your pedistal. The only cure
is to throw those ROA's away and repent and go back to the true Cap and

Wait a sec............ :banghead: I forgot to try a B-Western rig I had made for my '51s so I could shoot B-Western Frontiersman. They're a tight fit; but I think the rig just might work. I may have to wetmold the holsters to the Old Armies ........:scrutiny:............ wait a minute, what am I talking about???? irretreivably modify my '51 Navy B western rig for a pair of Old Armies :eek:. Am I crazy or what :what:

But..................You really need 3 of each (gotta have a back-up too)

Check Ebay for holsters. They usually have several listed.

A word of caution!! Now that you have two ROAs, you WILL find at least one more at a price that is hard to pass up. I think this is related to Newton's Laws of Motion or something like that. (Congrats on that second ROA.) :D
