I am looking at the Interarms AR-15 Flattop 20 inch barrel. The price is awesome at $629.00. Any feedback or knowledge about this rifle?

Never really heard of Interarms, sorry. To me the price seems pretty good but with no reputation it will be a gamble. Chances are if you aren't abusing it it will work, but you could spend the same or a bit more and probably get a more reputable brand.
You can get a 20" flattop upper here (http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/ar-15-05/complete-uppers/20/psa-20-5-56-1-7-cmv-chrome-lined-mp-hpt-upper.html)for $337, M-16 BCG here (http://palmettostatearmory.com/index.php/featured/m16-bolt-carrier-group.html)for $140, and a complete lower here (http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=19600/Product/Complete-A2-Style-Lower-Receiver-w-Fixed-Rifle-Buttstock)for $240...that adds up to $717.
Or you could go here (http://www.midwayusa.com/product/233217/del-ton-ar-15-a3-flat-top-upper-assembly-556x45mm-nato-1-in-9-twist-20-government-contour-barrel-chrome-moly-matte-with-a2-handguard-flash-hider)and get the upper for $399. That would put you at $639 for a Del-Ton upper and DPMS lower. Even cheaper if you did a kit for the lower. I trust PSA a lot more than Del-ton, PSA is mil-spec and although relatively new to the scene has a solid reputation. Del-ton is known as a budget brand, as well as DPMS, both are hit or miss, but at least they are KNOWN in the first place, and a lot of people swear by them.
If you do go with the Interarms, report back with how it goes. I am the type that won't even buy a CAR in the first two years of a model's new generation, so they can work out the kinks, so I am always hesitant about newish/unknown companies. But it is entirely possible (and even I dare say, likely) that they could build you a good gun and if so you should report that...that's how companies slowly start working their way up from relative obscurity.

Interarms = Highstandard
I put them above DPMS/M1S/DTI. They're a decent company. They are definitely one of the better AK builders. However, I never buy their AR stuff because in the past it hasn't been priced competitively. PSA and others are generally cheaper. Brownells carries their stuff.
I am not really sure where Interarms/Highstandard is trying to fit into the AR market. They didn't come in cheaper than everybody else. It looks like they're getting cheaper though. They haven't made any claims that their stuff is better. In fact, I've seen very little in the way of marketing from them. I've wondered if they supply parts (perhaps more than we might imagine) to other more recognized Ar15 brands, and are content to do that primarily. Don't know.
As stated above, I'd probably go for a PSA before anything else.For a little more, you could pick up a PSA flat top 20" with a CHF FN barrel. The FN barrels are good, but so are the non FN "Premium" barrels from PSA. I've had several PSA uppers, including four 20", and they have all been very good.
EDIT: Here's an accuracy test of PSA 20"ers I did a while back. I might revisit that because I've since changed to 52 gr Nosler CC bullets, and I believe them to be more accurate. Consider that the groups linked below were fired with open base M193 type bullets. Not the most accurate.
