Anything I should be aware of? Pros/cons? Interestingly, it seems its the only CZ that has the slide rail running the entire length of the gun...any ideas why?
Thanks!

I like mine. I have some CGW parts coming for it that I hope will cause me to LOVE it.

Re: the slide rail: That's a good gun for gun games, including stuff like steel matches. For those games, some extra weight near the front of the gun is good for taming recoil and lowering your splits. In short, it makes the gun heavier, and more muzzle-heavy, which keeps the muzzle from flipping as much in recoil, and should let you shoot a touch faster.

Interesting. Never noticed that before.

A correction/clarification:
The 9mm and .40 slides are different in all models -- as the .40 has a full-length guide rod and the 9mm doesn't.
The 75B SA 9mm slide is different from the standard 75B slide, because it has the longer slide rails; the 9mm 75B SA slide is also different from the .40 75B SA slide because it does not use the full-length guide rod of the .40 model, which requires an opening on the front.
I don't have either in house, right now, but I'm pretty sure the .40 75B DA/SA model and the .40 75B SA models share the same slide, as both use a full-length guide rod.
-----------------
I wonder why CZ hasn't built a .40 version of the 85 Combat. (I suspect it's because it a .40 85 Combat would suck business away from the much more expensive Tactical Sport...)

Walt Sherrill knows.
The 40 bbl has a bigger diameter and is fitted differently.
The same basic frame is used.
The 9&40 mags are the same.
The TS 40 cal has a different (larger) frame, bbl and mag
