Are there any pointers on this, should the inside of the powder tube be rubbed down with a dryer sheet to control static and powder clinging inside when new?

little soap film on all my powder hoppers... just take a mild soap/water mixture and wipe it down and let it dry.

Look up how to program the timing of the three speeds to tailor it for your particular load. It will be far faster. Also look up how to insert a straw in the end to avoid hassles with the threads and stick powders.

Sure wish you could make it stop beeping or lower the volume on it when it's done charging.

Mute That Annoying Beep
Some ChargeMaster users complain about the loud beep at the end of each cycle. There’s a simple way to silence the beep — and you don’t have to cut any wires or permanently disable the speaker. To mute the beep, simply hold down the Zero button until “beep off” displays. Repeat to restore the beep function.

I have.

I like using this particular powder funnel with the chargemaster:

It's a bit light, but I just tape a half dollar coin to the bottom and problem solved.

The static isn't a big deal. Not a lot sticks. And you'll be emptying it when you're finished. The brush easily knocks it all off the sides.

Yup, a little dab of dish wash soap and a rag wringed out works great. Better yet is a small spray bottle with a few drops of soap and water and sprayed on a rag to wipe the hopper works great.
