I was just wondering if there was a website that kept track of what new models or new calibers in existing models were released, and is updated periodically as new products are on the market. I haven't seen anything like this (but that doesn't mean it doesn't exist) but it would be nice to have as a resource when I'm looking to see what's changed on the market since I last looked...without having to go to each indiviudal site and hope they're up-to-date.

www.thefirearmblog.com is my number one source for finding out what is new in the gun industry.

I've been visiting the blog since he started it and he's got a lot of readers all over the globe.

The SHOT show in vegas is a good yearly show to pay attention to. A lot of new products are unveiled (if not previously leaked) at SHOT. SHOT 2013 is January 15-18 I Believe.

Here are the three websites I go to daily for updates:

http://thefirearmblog.com

While I avidly tell any newbies to avoid ARFCOM at all cost, they do have a good SHOT SHOW forum that becomes active with good photos and booth info for those attending. Other than that, I warn them to read ARFCOM at their own risk and that those types of people are NOT representitve of the real world community.
