I hate to say it but my safes are maxed out and I have no more square footage. I store my ammo in sealed cans in my office and it's not exactly sightly, it gets in the way and it would be a nice burglar haul.
I do store the cans under my hobby workbench but it sure would be slick to put a low safe under there. I haven't looked in the real world much and a web search was frustrating. I could go about 27" high and 45" wide. Have you seen such a safe?

Looking for front door affairs. Like a bottom cabinet. Thanks!

Don't know of anything then.
Maybe you could use one of the wall stud safes and build it in laying down under the bench??
Just don't slam the door on your fingers!!

Graffunder will build one for you. But it will be a custom build, & therefore not in the mainline price stream. OTOH, you can design exactly what you want, be able to discuss the practicality before the build, and have the bolt-downs placed where you want them.

Just about every restaurant and retail store has an undercounter safe. You should be able to buy a used one from a commercial dealer and have it re-keyed or re-combo'd. While its not a "gun safe" and most are not fire rated, it would serve the purpose as far as a burglary goes.
