Is that sight supposed to mount like that? It looks backwards.

No kidding! How is the co-witness, or do you use it that way?

Because of my eyesight I can't see BUIS's worth squat, so I don't even attempt a cowitness shot.

However, it does appear to cowitness perfectly.

I'll try it at the range tomorrow.

Nice. I might have to try one out myself. I'm less than pleased with the field of view on my Millet SP1.

Hey Doc what's that rail you got mounted under the front sight post?

off the top of my head, I can't remember

I probably just searched the net and found it somewhere.

Let me look thru my receipts.

Please let us know how it holds up.

I've had very poor luck with any of the reflex type red dots that are under $200 :(

I've had near universal good luck with the inexpensive tube type red dots, especially the Primary Arms ones.

Will do, Wally.

Have you ever used the reflex from Primary Arms?

Yes I tried their green dot imitator of the Burris Fastfire on my Ruger .22lr. It wouldn't hold zero :( I traded it in for a Fastfire (same mounts), which cost a bit more than double, but it has worked perfectly. Primary Arms is great to do business with.

I have also have Fastfires on 9mm and .45ACP pistols, no issues.

I hear ya.

I think their Burris imitator must've been the first sight they had made for them.

Bought one and, although it worked ok, I just couldn't see it well enough on my first AR.

They took it back with no problems and replaced it with my first micro. Been shooting with them ever since.

As I understand it, they have a partner or family member overseas having products made to their specs.

Maybe that accounts for the better quality of their stuff.

Their little micro, H1 clone is prefect for rimfire silhouette matches.
