Yugo SKS - removeing the Grenade Launcher from Muzzle

Can anyone give any advice on removing the grenade launcher from the muzzle of a yugo SKS? I removed the pin but the sucker does not want to budge? I am tempted to heat it with a blow torch to try and loosen it? Could that damage the barrel? What would be a better way?

I know you already got it off, but for posterity I got mine off using my barrel vise after soaking it in PB Blaster.

Right hand threads and there is a pin to knock out first.
