Did anyone else hear Tom Gresham praising THR on "Gun Talk" this afternoon?

He specifically reference the running thread covering the minute-to-minute developments in the CSPAN senate debate coverage.

It's really no surprise, because this is a GREAT web site.

THR is a good resource.

Remember that most gun owners do not visit these gun sites, and most gun owners don't even know there is a debate in the Senate, nor do they know what it is about.

So, maybe sending some of the radio audience here can get them 1. educated, then, 2. stirred up enough to call their Senators.

I'm still looking for ways to motivate the apathetic.

Besides, I know that THR regulars will treat newbies gently as they figure out the culture here. It's an easy recommendation.

This is an excellent reminder to all of us to go easy on noobs. If someone comes here as a result of the radio show it might be their first time to take part in a message board and they might be completely clueless about proper netiquette. If you want to go off on someone then just watch my posts for a while and I'll eventually piss you off. ;)
