Is Remington 700 available with a wooden stock?

If yes, I need to get my hands on one for photos OR get a goo dhi-res photo of one taken for me. I want to show a hunter with a basic Rem.700, then show a sniper with the same rifle, then a very tehno looking police variants...explain that the antis would never let hunters hold on to a scary gun like that.

If need be, my scoped 700BDL, gorgeous walnut stock, can be a volunteer. It screams "innocent, non-agressive deer rifle". Let me know.

But I've got a nice digital camera, and can follow directions pretty well. (For at least a couple more years, until I retire from the Air Force...) :D

I've got a 700 BDL .30-06 with a Leupold 6x scope. I'll be happy to bring it by sometime.

Maybe coordinate with Frank so we can bring both rifles the same day. With a costume change, you can use the same model as the hunter and sniper.

Oleg,

How does this idea sound:
model wearing camo clothes, an orange vest and orange hat, carrying the 700 BDL - obviously a deer hunter

same model wearing BDU's, tactical vest and ATF hat, carrying the 700 PSS - obviously a police sniper

I've got the BDU's, orange vest, tactical vest, ATF hat and 700 PSS. I'm sure we can scrounge up an orange hat somewhere and use Dave's BDL.

Oleg - I have been a lurker here since the begining. I Have several Rem 700's you can use. Wood, synthetic and camo. I am in Nashville. Just tell me when you need them.
