What type of handgun do you have more of: revolver or semi-auto?

For me, I just recently added a revolver so revolvers are ahead now. For a LONG time, I had more semi-autos but I have changed and my interest now is mostly revolvers.

How about you all?

Well, 10 years ago it was all autos, now it is 40% revolvers and 60% autos.
I see more revolvers in my future, gotta get it balanced out yanno. :D

About 60%-40% on the revolver side myself. Not because of any preference, just happens to the the ratio for now. Could swing the other way anytime.

Since I only own 1 wheelgun, I gotta' vote semi auto..

Glocks, Glocks, and more Glocks. :what:

5 handguns, all semi's. I'm concentrating on getting my rifles setup with scopes and the like at this point and plan to get a couple of mil-surp's soon.

As for handguns I'd like to add a Sig Pro in .357 to the collection, a full-size 1911 and a wheelgun. Probably a 629 or variation of it. Just something that goes BOOM at the range, bringing a big smile to my face and to get the "holy ****!" response from friends when I show it.

Off the top of my head, I'd say 70-80% revolvers. I got a little distracted and fell off the true path for awhile.

I'm new to wheel guns so I've got some catching up to do there.

Right now I own more bottom-feeders than wheelguns, although I'd choose revolvers if I could only collect one type.

22 round-in-the-middle ones, 11 self-shuckers.

Well, the Mateba is a round-in-the-middle self-shucker...

Right now... probably semi autos about 3 to 1. And in the future, it'll probably just about keep that ratio as I want a Model 19 or 27, a Super Blackhawk Hunter, another Makarov, a 1911 in 9x23, a 1911 or CZ75 pattern in 10mm, the new KelTec 380 etc...

I own more revolvers, although for as much as I talk up revolvers I do own a surprising number of semi-autos.

Started out really like autos and only recently (w/in the last 2 years) really learned to shot & appreciate a well made revolver. What have I been missing all these years?

2 9mm
1 9x18
1 .22

Revolvers
4 .357s in various sizes

Up until 2 days ago it was 50/50. Bought a new CZ-97B, so the scale is tipped 4 to 3 in favor of the semi-autos.

More semi than wheel. Don't really know why, it's just working out that way, for the present. Will probably change. I need at least a couple more revolvers. Got to replace my (gone) J-frame with an L-. And I need one or two more N's. Maybe another L. (Currently, all my revolvers are N-frames. ?)

If I trip over a bag of money, I'd have to think (for about a milli-second) about the new Beast .500 S&W.

I just traded a revolver for a semi-auto, so that brings it to:

Semi-autos: 12
Revolvers: 2

But I really like the revolvers I do have!

Seven semi-auto

60% semi-autos 40 % revolvers, but that could change shortly.

But the autos arn't far behind. What is lagging is the rifle/shotgun catagory I have far more handguns that either of them:D

Hoping to find another 686-1 at the gun show this weekend.
