Does anyone know of any source in the US to get Vectan powders without smuggling it? If not, is it possible to legally order it from Europe without paying a ridiculous fee for the importation of it?

Not to my knowledge, as the last places I knew was Natchez and Widener's a few years ago, and they show nothing now. IMO, way too many good powders are available in the U.S. to worry about it.
