I wonder how a .44 WinMag,or a .475 Wildly Automag would compare to a .50AE Desert Eagle. Any experiences or opinions?

Well, the .44 is more common and probably cheaper than the other calibers (though I don't consider .44mag a cheap caliber either). Not sure if that's the comparison you were looking for but that's my take.
