I have a 30.06 LH savage 110 and thinking about changeing calibers what calibers will work on this action with minimal overhaul. Yes I understand a barrel swap will be needed,

The list of cartridges that'll fit that action is way longer than the ones that won't. You have the most common bolt face, but if you wanted to go with something else, just swap out the bolthead. You may have to mod the mag for some cartridges. For Savage parts, I highly recommend Jim Briggs at Northland Shooting Supplies.
