Dedicated spare battery pouch/holder?

I noted the other day that I have more and more electronic devices I rely upon when I go shooting-

There's the laser range finder
The HOLOsight on the short AR
The SureFire M900 on the short AR
The electronic ear muffs
The Aimpoint on the 20" AR
Various SureFire flashlights

I usually have a couple spare batteries rattling around the range bag; I normally just cover the positive end with a little electrical tape to preclude shorting out, but I was wondering if there is such a thing as a dedicated spare battery holder?

I was thinking along the lines of something like this cartridge holder from Eagle Industries (http://www.eagleindustries.com/MainProd.asp?scv=0) :http://www.eagleindustries.com/images/prodimages/p_FAP-308.jpg except with elastic loops for batteries and witrhout the pocket for the cartridge tips.

So what do you use to carry your spare batteries?

I've seen several but I believe they are all designed to carry a single size/type of battery. Most of them were for carrying 123 cells.

I know the surefire takes 123 cells. I'm not sure about your other devices. I assume that you need something to hold different kinds of batteries though.

On my Aimpoint, I carry a spare battery in the extended battery holder. I carry spare 123 batteries in the cardboard box that they come in from Surefire. I keep a box in my shooting bag and a box in my bag I carry to work. I have thought about keeping a box in my truck but I dont' know if they could take the heat, altough I keep a couple flashlights in the truck all the time and they seem to be OK. I carry a set of AAA batteries in the side compartment of my shooting bag for my ear muffs in the Duracell package and a set of AA batteries for my shot timer in the same kind of Duracell package. Don't know about the range finder.
I have never had the batteries go out in anything while I was shooting. In fact I have never had the batteries go out in any of the stuff you mentioned. Periodically I change out the batteries as preventitive maintainence. When I take a carbine course I change out the batteries in my Aimpoint and Surefire 900 light even though they are probably close to fully charged. Any time I take any kind of a shooting course I change out the batteries in my ear muffs. I have had the batteries in my flashlight go out because it came on and I didn't know it. Then, I replaced them from the cardboard box. Since then, I bought a kydex belt holder for my light and it has never happened again.

mr_dove- I kind of dig that Pelican carrier. The 123s for the SureFires are the largest battery I need spares for; the electro-muffs and the EOtech take N size which is smaller and the Aimpoint takes... uhm I forget, but they are pretty small. The rangefinder takes AAAs. So I think that Pelican case may fit the bill perfectly. Thanks!

444- I've had the batteries on my electro-muffs go out once; of course it was during a carbine class so hearing the instructor became a chore. Yes, I should have changed them out before the class... no excuse. I didn't and Murphy jumped me. Lesson learned.
