Ti and High Temps

Can I get some info on what the operating temp limit is on Ti suppressors please? Also, does a surface reading on the outside accuratly tell me what's going on inside the suppressor?

Recommend keeping it under about 800 degrees. In testing we didn't see actual failures until 1200 F was sustained for some time, but the failures at that point were fairly catastrophic.
