Help figuring out what this 10mm/.40 180gr bullet is!

On the right is a 180gr Gold Dot. Supposedly the same on the left but is it a Law Enforcement or Short Barrel Gold Dot? Anyone ID it?

Honestly to my it looks like a rainier lead safe hex hollow point plated bullet. Never seen a gold dot with that sharp of a hollow point.

The one on the right is deffinitely a Gold Dot, but the one on the left is something else? I've seen those before but I can't remember what they are.
