Senior Arkansas Senator Blanche Lincoln has just betrayed Arkansas gun owners.

She co-sponsored S.1806 to protect gun makers and dealers from predatory lawsuits.

But just now, she has voted to add the "poison pill" amendment extending the awful Assault Weapons Ban to the bill she co-sponsored.

She is a typical turncoat, lying, scheming Democrat when it comes to gun control.

And she is up for re-election this year.

We must, with the resource of the internet and emails, ensure that she loses her job in November.

Contact your friends, you families, you shooting buddies, gun store owners, shooting ranges, everyone who shoots and you votes, and tell them they must vote against Blanche Lincoln in November.

I would have expected nothing less of her. Ark is such a pro gun state but elects anti representation, I don't get it. I have tried to talk to people, but we have generations of people that will vote Dem no matter what since the Civil War. Maybe this will get some attention.

Yes on the Southerners voting almost reflexively Democratic, despite what the national party does.

Yes on many stupid Southerners voting knee-jerk Democrat because it was Republicans who were in charge of Radical Reconstruction in the late 1860s and 1870s.

I called multiple times and e-mailed, where she responded that she was a hunter... I will now e-mail and let her know that she has spoken for herself and not her constituants and that I will now do everything in my power to see that she is voted out of office.

To be completely honest, I think that her Republican opposition at this point, former Benton County Sheriff Andy Lee, is a complete joke.

But I'll vote for almost anybody over Blanche Lincoln now.

Pryor voted for both the AWB extension and the "gun show loophole" amendment.

Unfortunately, he got in just last year, and we won't have another shot at getting him out for several years.

Pryor was voted in by a bunch of duped college kids (damned liberal campus and brainwashed kids) and by a bunch of old people who thought they were voting for his dad. That man has no business representing this state. :fire:

I am ashamed I supported (verbally) Lincoln's election. However, I have an excuse: I was an impressionable 14yr old. Please dont yell at me too much.;)

Well I never voted for either. I wrote Blanche a letter once about the UN conference on small arms to ask her to make sure and not support anything that would infringe on US citizens 2nd amendment rights. She wrote me back saying the conference had NOTHING to do with 2nd amendment rights. . Now Tim Hutchinson informed me in his lettter he was watching this conference closely and would never support any involvement with the UN that infringed on my 2nd amendment rights. He also stated he was honored that I allowed him to protect my 2nd amendment rights in the US Senate. He messed up with his divorce and we got Pryor. He never answers anything.

The guy we want to replace Lincoln is Jim Holt. He is currently a state rep or senator (dunno which, havent spoken to him in a while) and wanting to run for Senate. He is very good on guns (hates the AWB, thinks its stupid) and is big on family.
