Just wanted to share

Look at the first 1/10" of the bullet shank.
I recently bought a box of 165 and 180 .40 cal bullets. I was immediately offended by what appeared as pulled bullets. But when I looked closer I noticed Speer stepped the bullet down from .400" to .395" in the area typically protruding past the case mouth. I guess it's for reliable feeding. They shoot as accurately as Sierra JHC and Hornady XTP from my Glock 24- an inch or less at 15 yards.
