Mechanically speaking ... better than the person shooting it.

I've seen some decent groups such as 1.5 inches at 25 yards at the range where I go to, but those were done from rest, so I'm not sure exactly what that means since shooting from rest is kinda you know ... mildly cheating with a firearm like that? 8)

I couldn't tell....sure the rifle/handgun is quite accurate, still figuring out to properly hold it to get tight groups.

This was shortly after I got mine, just plinking in the back yard. (2 inch bullseye)
The ammo was either Federal or Remington Wal Mart 550 bulk pack.

I'd guess with decent ammo the gun would easily shoot under 1 inch at 25 yards.
