Fighting to keep your God given rights is a marathon not a sprint. Yes, we lost the battle... but, only by thinking that this was the war could we possibly remove ourselves from the field and really lose the war.
Q: Where our desires and beliefs good?
A: Of course.
Q: Were we right?
A: Of course.
Q: Are we still right?
A: Of course, once again.
Even if me and ten of my brothers are the only ones left with these ideas and beliefs in a socialized future American hell, we'll go down with our then illegal guns ablazin'. That thought makes me feel good.
