Hornady 3005 30 Caliber 100 Grain SJ

I just recently purchased some (Hornady 3005) 30 Caliber 100 Grain SJ because it was a really good price. I checked in my Lymans and Lee manual and they dont have data for that specific SOFT JACKET bullet.

Can I used the load data for the 100 grain SP that I have in my Lymans manual or the data for 100 grain jacketed bullet found in my Lee manual for this round?
