Found this amidst some of my dad's hand-me-down hunting supplies.

Appears to be a NIB 4X "Norinco" from back in the day.

Optics are clear as branch water, and the reticle is a "duplex" similar to the Leupold VXII.

Anyone ever seen or used one of these?

If I am right, that is a scope made by the same Chinese company that used to import guns and ammo prior to the '94 ban. Hope that helps.

Norinco dates back no more than about 30 years.
