I just got off the phone with a college roomate and good friend who still works in justice. He has been talking to friends on the hill following the vote. He was laughing so hard it was difficult to understand him. He says the Dems are PISSED!! He went on to say that they feel they were totally blindsided by the final vote. The Kerry and Edwards people are especially pissed of since both came back for the AWB vote because they thought it would be a good election issue.

Seriously guys, GWB did this with the help of the REAL Republican Senators. EVERYONE needs to send a big thank you to the Whitehouse. If you want to retain the right to bitch when things go wrong, you have to show gratitude when thing go well.
