You will like this, found this summer when getting bored.
Get some poppers or snappers, various names but it is the little tear-dropped shaped paper cap you throw and it pops.
Get a large diameter soda straw, they fit tight.
To get them in to the straw may have to roll them carefully between your fingers.
Instant blowgun with explosive projectiles.
Accurate to maybe 10ft.
Will kill flies on close impact.
But of course alcohol got involved and we started shooting at wasp nests.

Have fun

Neat idea!

In the interesting of squelching this idea if anyone has it - the compound on those things isn't all that stable. I recommend against pouring out and aggregating the contents for a "bigger boom." 1st hand experience of a couple hundred of them blowing up in my face!

I have done this. I found that a longer tube gives much better velocity as well as accuracy. Try something around 18 inches to two feet.

My Dad said that when he was a kid back before WWII that they made these things much bigger. They were about the diamiter of a round smoke bomb only without a fuse and every bit as powerful as a regular fire cracker. I think they were called torpidos. You did not have to light them. Just throw them against any hard surface.
