Hey guys and gals im an over the road driver and dont get home much, im hoping someone can answer this.
At home i have a 77/22 ruger in long rifle. acording to the serial # it was made in 1997.
Im not going to get home soon and id like to order an after market barrel for upgrading soon and not to wait untill i get home to see what i have for sure.
I have come to find that at some point ruger started threading the barrels and recivers to each other.
Does any one know what year and or serial # prefix they started threading barrels for the 77/22 lr thanks.
