how do i close thread or lock thread when i have gotten the answer i am looking for so that it no longer can be replied to and so it doesn't not get put back on the new post board?

You have to ask a mod to lock it for you. What specific thread are you talking about?

none right now i just remember reading about locking or closing post to keep them from being commented on so that they don't keep filling the new post, but i will let you know if i need one closed for me thanks
