I have bounced between $20 to $40 holsters for the last couple years and finally decided to get a "real" holster. I ordered a White Hat Horsehide holster. Anyone have any experience with these holsters? Good and Bad, any feedback you have.

I've worked on a few of those type holsters recently...Max Tuck...Super Tuck, etc.
They all seem to be the same to me, a little Kydex, a couple clips and a piece of leather.....I don't see how you can go wrong from one to the other.

Exactly. Main differences are price and the cut of the leather. Some cuts are more comfortable for certain people. Some want more leather, some want less. Some want combat cut, some dont. IWB hybrids are generally the same. Most are overpriced.

I thought the same thing when I was researching which holster to go to. Seems like all the "Big foot" holsters such as the Crossbreed and whatnot were all very similar. The few things that appealed to me about White Hat were: they had a much larger selection for lesser known firearms and not just Glock 1-500 model. The Kydex is removable on the Maxtucks so you can use the same leather backing and just get $20 Kydex instead of $70 on each new holster. And they cut spaces for common light and laser combos like the Veridian C5L.
