Which Harris bipod for AR-15?

I have a RRA Operator II AR upon which I would like to mount a Harris bipod. Which size would be better, 6-9" or 9-13"? The primary use would be shooting off a bench or hunting varmints (coyote specifically). Any thoughts?

it has been my experience that you'll need a taller bipod for yotes unless you plan on shooting all of them from a prone position.

i prefer the shorter bipod prone and from the bench. if i need taller, i usually go to shooting sticks instead of a long bipod.
if you have a large chest, you may need the longer bipod from prone

I have the 6-9" and it is good for the bench and prone.
