Bought my son a NEOS at the gunshow last weekend, he wanted to show it off.

Nice pics! Let us know how it functions. I have seen only one on the range and it had feeding problems. I wouldn't mind adding one to my 22s if this was an isolated problem.

Though I have a finely-tuned Ruger Mark II that's killer accurate, I'd love to test one of the Neos. We have two .22 League events twice a year at our local range, and it's taken as seriously as any big-bore league session we have. No one has a Neos yet, though.
I keep SEEING a lot of commercial hype about the Neos in the gun mags, but has anyone actually TEST-FIRED one...?

I've had a Neos for about 7 months now and it's not a bad plinker. I was shopping around for a .22 pistol at the time, and the decision came down to a Ruger or the Neos. I read an article about the Neos and they showed the carbine kit that Beretta is supposed to sell for the Neos. I figured that would save me from buying a .22 rifle as well and bought the Neos.
The Neos makes a good plinker, but the trigger leaves a lot to be desired. Creepy and stacky. Because of this fact, I think Beretta is stretching things by saying that it's an "entry level target pistol". The integral rail is a nice feature though and it has proved utterly reliable with most ammo types. I've received the best results with Eley and CCI Match ammo. The CCI Velocitors also proved to be very accurate out of the gun.
I've currently got the carbine kit on backorder with Midway USA. They expect it to be in stock on the 18th, and I'll see about getting some pics posted when it arrives.

We haven't had a chance to get to the range yet, weather won't cooperate when I have a day off.
Trigger is pretty stiff, there's instructions at rimfirecentral.com on how to lighten it up. We'll put a few rounds through it before I do anything with it though.
The purchase was a surprise, I was leaning towards a Ruger NRA special but he just went nuts over the looks of the NEOS.

Keep us posted on the trigger situation. Yes, the "look" is entirely seductive.........

I've got about 3000 rounds thru mine now. The trigger has come around nicely.

Bought one for my son last year. It is a fun gun, but not a Ruger. Needs some trigger work. I printed out the instructions off Rimfire Central for improving the trigger, but have not got around to taking it to our smith to work on yet.

I have put about 2500 rounds through mine. In the first 500 or so I did have a few FTF, but a little polishing of the feed ramp and just breaking in has cleared that up. I find the trigger subjectively better now than when new. Extremely easy to field strip and clean. My son liked it also and he just bought the same model.
I am not a competition shooter, but the gun is far more accurate than I am. At 50' there is no problem getting 1-1.5" groupings.

The Neos trigger is fine.Theres nothing wrong with it.Mine eats up anything i feed it-bulk or otherwise. That said,i still think bulk Federal stinks!

Hasn't rained here in six months or more but my last two days off it's been really wet. :(
If we ever do get to the range with it I'll try a variety of ammo. The Federal bulk pack stuff worked fine in my modified 10/22 but I like Dynapoints better. On hand I have Dyanapoints, CCI Green Tag & Mini Mag, Remington Target and Wolf Match Target.

Definitely a gun gun to shoot. When I have it on public ranges it gets a lot of looks because people haven't seen very many of them. The balance seems pretty nice and it shoots some awesome groups.
