XTM Hand Stop Kit for a 590A1

Has anyone tried this (http://www.brownells.com/rifle-parts/stock-forend-parts/forend-rail-parts/rail-stops/xtm-hand-stop-kit-prod45517.aspx) on a pump shotgun? I'm thinking of putting one on my 590A1, along with an ATI stock/pistol grip, and a Command Arms railed forend.

Any experiences?
