After looking around the internet and forums, I decided I needed as shooting bench. After stripping the recumbent bike down this is what I came up with. Had to do a little whittling on the front post. It is very stable.

Move that elbow rest out to the front, spring load it, and VIOLA!

Spring loaded trap thrower!

that makes sense! However, one thing I would try to incorporate is a good swivelling buttsock rest for the rifle for the bigger rifles at farther distances.

Does it still fold up to go under your bed?

NICE!

It will be used, instead of in the corner of the garage, or in the driveway for sale!! Well done.
