Besides the US, Israel and Mexico are there any other countries with concealed carry laws of any sort?

I didn't know Mexicans could legally possess handguns. Switzerland has very liberal weapons laws.

I know someone who has a family member from Mexico.

He said a relative down there who is very wealth has an official CCW - but it cost him dearly to get - it is valid through out the whole country.
