In the mass media now, another "good idea": Just ban the ammunition. Now you have "experts" stating that "assault rifle ammo" is much more insidious than "normal rifle ammo", because it's so much faster, and is designed to expand and cause max damage.
But these people have no problem saying they have no desire to affect the "rights of hunters", even though they are talking about hunting ammo, and, ironically, the military doesn't even use that ammo. Just goes to show the rampant ignorance. Now, apparently for some, ammo specifically designed for hunting is now some evil "military style" ammo.
