I just sent the NRA $50.....and I am broke (cash poor) from moving and buying firearms, mags and ammo.
Please folks, send them what you can spare. I don't agree with everything they do, but make no mistake about it - they are our best friends right now.
p.s. - also a NRA life member.

I agree. They are not perfect but they are the best we've got, and it will take money to win this fight. We must all send what money we can, recruit more members, write our representatives and make phone calls.

Make this Christmas about the 2nd Amendment.
Give guns, ammo, magazines, etc.
Or give the gift of the NRA.
An NRA membership costs a meager $35. The NRA is our biggest voice in Congress.
They also helped us win landmark cases, including DC v. Heller.
Give the gift of gun rights this year.

I feel the SAF is a better bet at this moment.
The reason for this is from what I've seen they only give a rats ass about hunting and were involved with passing the original AWB.

I'm a life member of the NRA but now support Gun Owners of America (GOA). They don't compromise.

Order yourself something from Midway or Brownell's, they let you round up the next whole dollar amount (or two) to donate to a trust for the NRA.

I had let my membership lapse for no good reason. I just re-upped this morning.
