Unfortunately as P99 owners, we're pretty much left out of the loop when it comes to rail mounted accessories. There's supposedly a light from Laser Devices but I've never seen it and haven't heard of anyone actually owning it. At least no one on Park Cities Tactical or the Walther Forum has said anything about owning it.

Well, there's THIS (http://laserdevices.com/pdf/30301_5.pdf) hideous thing from Laser Devices that you can't use without the laser attached...

Or THIS (http://www.appliedlaser.com/lightkit.htm) much nicer looking but slightly $$$$ version from Applied Laser systems...

Yeah, I know that's a SigPro, but it's the only picture I could find of this particular light.
I don't have any experience with either one, but I know which one I'd rather have... even though it costs as much as the UTL on my HK!

I am NOT wanting a underbarrel laser, because i spoke with the poeple at laser max and they said they had plans to make a internal laser for the P99 sometime this coming summer......whuppee! thats what im saving my pennies for. but id rather have just the light that it easily detachable.....
