The ninth one down does us no good, and some of the others aren't exactly relevant, but they are indeed good finds. I like the Ronald Reagan quote, and the armed entourage surrounding BHO and his wife.

I agree with Medwheeler. The ninth one has negative overtones considering the current situation.

The Poster in #13 about the little girl shooting the 2 illegals has never been proven. Great story but it appears to be an internet legend.

Many of these are not gun related at all and seem to be just about pointing fingers at Obama? What does Benghazi have to do with this? It doesn't help the cause at all, nor do posters implying Democrats are at fault. I do believe the GOP controlled legislature of New York is more at fault as they followed Ronald "I hate Freedom and Assault Weapons" Reagan as well as tried to elect Mitt "I don't believe these guns have a place on our streets..." Romney, the man only candidate who actually signed an assault weapons ban into place. I do believe Obama actually passed the National Parks bill which gave us the largest expanse of gun rights in recent history.

Here's one that popped up on Facebook. Given the number of new shooters that are currently buying firearms, the gun community needs as many ambassadors as it can muster right now.

the following are prohibited: (i) Possessing a weapon, trap
or net (ii) Carrying a weapon, trap or net (iii) Using a weapon,
trap or net’’.
H. R. 627—32
(3) Section 27.42 of title 50, Code of Federal Regulations,
provides that, except in special circumstances, citizens of the
United States may not ‘‘possess, use, or transport firearms
on national wildlife refuges’’ of the United States Fish and
Wildlife Service.
(4) The regulations described in paragraphs (2) and (3)
prevent individuals complying with Federal and State laws
from exercising the second amendment rights of the individuals
while at units of—
(A) the National Park System; and
(B) the National Wildlife Refuge System.
(5) The existence of different laws relating to the transportation
and possession of firearms at different units of the
National Park System and the National Wildlife Refuge System
entrapped law-abiding gun owners while at units of the
National Park System and the National Wildlife Refuge System.
(6) Although the Bush administration issued new regulations
relating to the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding
citizens in units of the National Park System and National
Wildlife Refuge System that went into effect on January 9,
2009—
(A) on March 19, 2009, the United States District
Court for the District of Columbia granted a preliminary
injunction with respect to the implementation and enforcement
of the new regulations; and
(B) the new regulations—
(i) are under review by the administration; and
(ii) may be altered.
(7) Congress needs to weigh in on the new regulations
to ensure that unelected bureaucrats and judges cannot again
override the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding citizens
on 83,600,000 acres of National Park System land and
90,790,000 acres of land under the jurisdiction of the United
States Fish and Wildlife Service.
(8) The Federal laws should make it clear that the second
amendment rights of an individual at a unit of the National
Park System or the National Wildlife Refuge System should
not be infringed.
(b) PROTECTING THE RIGHT OF INDIVIDUALS TO BEAR ARMS
IN UNITS OF THE NATIONAL PARK SYSTEM AND THE NATIONAL WILDLIFE
REFUGE SYSTEM.—The Secretary of the Interior shall not
promulgate or enforce any regulation that prohibits an individual
from possessing a firearm including an assembled or functional
firearm in any unit of the National Park System or the National
Wildlife Refuge System if—
(1) the individual is not otherwise prohibited by law from
possessing the firearm; and
(2) the possession of the firearm is in compliance with
the law of the State in which the unit of the National Park
System or the National Wildlife Refuge System is located.

The President has no line-item veto power (meaning he cannot veto portions of a law, only the entire law) following a 6-3 Supreme Court decision overturning line-item veto power as un-Constitutional, in a 1998 decision in Clinton v City of NY.

This is awesome. Thanks a million for this research. I have an office mate who has been telling me "nobody wants to take your guns. Obama has expanded gun rights" until I'm sick of it. I knew the details of this were a lot less straightforward than he claims, but I've never seen it laid out this clearly.

Disliking the one with the guy drinking Starbucks though. Starbucks is one of the good guys, we do not restrict open or concealed carry in our stores by customers unless such is already restricted by state law, if they ever change that I'll find another job. And I know of several CCW holders who come in at least twice a day. In fact, I work there, have a degree in Philosophy, and have my CCW so I can honestly say the stereotype of the Starbucks drinking gun hating academic is far from the truth. As armoredman explains, prejudice is an ugly thing wherever it is found. Otherwise, some very good stuff here. I would love to see more with footnotes linking to the sources for the numbers though as it's easy to throw out numbers but if you have the research to back them up then it's impressive.
