RRMan, does the serial number start with a 'C' or an 'F'?

The serial number will not start with a letter. A 2nd Generation Colt 1851 Navy made in 1974 will be a C series and have a serial number in the 10,000 to 15,000 seial number range. F series Navies stared with SN 24900 in 1978.

Here's what a C series looks like:

BTW, RRMan, do you have the box and papers for it? That adds to the value of the gun, even if it is fired.
