Range cleaning

Several threads comment on the fact that the .36 cal and slow twist bores foul rapidly and need swabbed. Here is something I've found effective.

Pick up a baby's "sipper" bottle (or two.) I prefer the ones with the flip-up spout (think liquid lighter fluid spout,) rather than the snap up spout. Fill one with 50/50 Ballistol/water. Use that one to do your range/field fouling swabs. Fill the other one with straight Ballistol to swab/wipe down at the end of the range session or field day.

I've never had one come open in the possibles bag in the field. The two I'm using now are over 5 years old with no signs of deterioration. I've never worn one out, but they do have a habit of being given away to friends or newcomers.

clever. I have a plastic ''honey bear'' for the same purpose.
