Nice rifle !! I also know about awesome wives, mine rates high on that scale too. No, she hasn't gotten me "goodies" for my firearms, but doesn't stand in the way of my getting them either. Both are keepers son, aren't we a lucky bunch?

You should have asked for a new rifle for your trigger.

That's the ugliest gun I have ever seen.

Looks good to me! I prefer the AI chassis (and the overpriced bipod), but I think it looks spectacular.

I'm still a bit timid about painting mine, though.

Nothing wrong with his rifle, ya ol' fudd. :D
I'd be less afraid to take his in the woods than the one you posted. That wood is just too pretty.

Here I am taking the first 2 shots since putting in the trigger. I got mixed up, Sometimes I hold over, some times I dial... on the first shot I did not do either. ha ha. Daisy is my dog... when she hears whack! she thinks there is a dead coyote that she needs to go find.

Every time we go to the LGS she says "so which one are you going to buy?" Then I say gotta save money, so I'm not buying one. Then she says "We're doing fine financially, buy what you want." I have the perfect wife!

Thats awesome... and now you have .308 posts!!

I will be hitting the coyotes after the first of the year when trapping season is over. They have gotten under my skin so bad this trapping season I need to seek revenge.

Nice rifle!!

What happened to the matching bipod between the first and second picture?

Clayne_b
December 28, 2012, 08:36 PM
I let me step father use it a few days before while we were coyote hunting and forgot to get it back from him.

Cool. Hate to see that nifty matching finish go to waste.

Looks like fun - cold, but fun.
