When it rains it pours (especially in Seattle).

I discovered a virtually flawless 29-2 6" nickel gun with the 3 Ts, it is truly something to behold. Made in '77-'78.

My only trepidation is I really don't shoot .44 magnum, nor do I reload, and it is a target gun. So I don't need this one, but I really want it, does that makes sense

I'd waive goodbye to around $800 for it.

Not a bad price - is it one of the ones that came in a wood case?

bikemutt, I saw that one (as well as the pre-27) ... of the two, I'd go for the 29. I looked hard at it (his cash price is OK), but just can't justify it to The Boss (wifey) since I just picked up two nice K-frames for my Christmas gift to myself ...

None of us needs a 29 ... but shouldn't we each have at least one? (and a buddy who reloads .44 spl/mag) ...
