Just got this a couple week's ago at a gun show over in Raleigh NC and I don't know whether I should be satisfied with it or not. I just now got around to mounting it on a rifle and zeroing it in. It was around noon, a little cloudy while sighting in and everything looked ok @100 yds. I let my buddy shoot it and while I went to the bathroom he decided to make adjustment's. Well needless to say when I went to shoot it again it was not as clear as it was before Einstein's adjustment's. He love's to twist and turn knob's and then ask "what do these do". lol Anyway I understand it does'nt have the magnification you would like but at first you could see a 10" black shoot n see target well enough but not the bullet hole's. After "Einstein's" adjustment it was so blurred you could not see the black target. Everything around it was fine. I guess I'm asking if there is some way to reset back to default. Also could not get the menu to come up on the screen. [Put new Batteries in also]. The booklet that came with it does'nt say anything about it but since the menu would not come up was wondering if it may be a problem with it. You've tried the diopter adjustment in back, and the focus in front (pretty sure I remember that right)? I also remember there was like three possible "modes" you could set the display to one of which turns off the menu, if that possible the problem? If all else fails I think I'd give the dealer a call and see if they can help, or email Pulsar perhaps.

I am going to take it back Jan 19 show at Raleigh and hope for the best. He said if not happy he would make it right. Thank's and yes I tried those.
