I don't think it is a mistake. They only have the one, and at that price to expect delays? If they sell it they can take the rest of the year off and go on vacation. Somebody will buy it.

Really? For nearly a quarter million dollars you could buy a lot more protection than an AR (like 100 ARs). Is there something special about this I'm not aware of (since I'm not an AR guy AT ALL)

Same here. They must have realized/was contacted about the price and adjusted it accordingly. That or I get one major MIL/LEO discount.
