This could be from lack of sleep and I might get barred from Ruger Heaven for typing it but in light of the current sellers market would I be an evil or insane person if I were to consider turning a profit on my beloved PC9 ? I'm just thinking out loud but what are they worth now . no pics i'm not a tease.

No, if market demand has changed to the point that your gun is now worth more than you gave for it, there is nothing at all wrong with offering it for sale at a higher price.

If someone is willing to give that higher price, then you both are free to engage in a transaction where you both feel you are getting what you want.

There is nothing evil/wrong with that.

Yikes...$1325

That would be 3X what I paid for mine!

Prices have definitely spiked. I could easily turn a $300-$400 profit on the PC9 I bought just a few months ago. The only problem is that anything else I might buy with that money has also spiked in price. Since I enjoy the rifle, I think I'll just keep mine.

The Ruger PC carbines are definately a unique little animal. I paid ~$400 in '05 for mine (PC40) and I'm not sure I'd let it go even with the current market. I love it so much I even bought a P91DC recently so they can share mags.

I look at prices and look in my safe and think I'm sitting on a gold mine :what:
