The Documentary Channel is showing Prelude to War right now (267 on Directv) it's about the rise of fascism in Italy and Germany during WWII. It was made in 1942 and it shows how Americans thought our country should be run, and how the Axis countries repressed, suppressed, and in most cases just murdered their the people that opposed them. It will be showing again at 5 pm today if your interested.

It's strange to see how Americans thought and acted. If they could see us now they really would be screaming for us to keep our noses out of other countries business. The Japanese wanted to march their conquering army down Pennsylvania Ave. but they wouldn't have made it. A rifle behind every blade of grass and all. These countries all had one thing in common, no peasant or serfs with guns. Only Army's. It's kind of sad watching this, how we are governed is so different. Just thought some people would like to get a look at a older anti-fascism film.
