You can save them as a link in your browser bookmarks or a file you create, but other than subscribing to an entire thread, I don't know of a way to save a reference to a post on the site.

Pretty much what Mal H said. I have quite a few saved in my "bookmarks" for reference.

Best way I have devised for saving mass quantities of them is Cut & Past the link into a MS Word document.
Then add a description of what they are between each link.

I was using Access sticky notes, but after five, it got too cumbersome to find something.

The Word thing works much better.

Since I often like to post links back to the original source content, I just subscribe to the threads in question.
