Try a Theis Holster (www.theisholsters.com). I have used Tommy's holsters for the past couple years and been very pleased with the product and customer service.

http://www.whitehatholsters.com/default.asp will also make a holster for LCR with Lasermax. Been wearing one constantly for a few months now and very comfortable.
