Headed to Targetmasters West with the CZ Kadet and the Valtro 1911 - ready to do some rimfire and .45 practice.

Below is my best 5 shot group at 10 yards, two handed, using S&B .45 in 230 gr, shooting a shot every 7 seconds or so:

I can keep 10 shots of .22 LR from the CZ Kadet (it's a conversion on a CZ75B frame) within about 1.5" at 10 yards, consistently, using Wolf Match .22.

I've been using the trick of forcing my eyes as wide open as possible just before shooting, which has been helping me prevent flinches. Also new stance and grip suggestions from my training with a local LEO who moved me to isoceles with an aggresive stance and locked wrists and elbows.

Feeling very happy with my progress from last year (check out the TFL thread), but know there is far to go.
