The only 223 chamber brush I can find is ones like these, with the stainless steel bristles on the back:

What I am looking for is a 223 chamber brush WITHOUT those stainless steel bristles that can be used on a mini-14. Does anyone know if one is sold? I've looked everywhere.

Those will work perfectly fine.

All you need is a flexable rod to turn them.

I already have the cj weapons flex rod. I love that thing for chamber cleaning.

I guess I will go with the normal 223 chamber cleaner w/ stainless steel bristles.

You can also use a rifle bore brush (I think I am using a .338 brush). The longer the better. Take some pliers and bend the threaded portion at about a 60 degree angle, and you can hold the brush with pliers and use it to scrub the chamber. It sounds awkward, but I have used it for years with great success.
